CCMC’s occupational health programs are designed to benefit employers and their employees.
Industrial Mask Fit Testing
Comanche County Medical Center conducts new employee mask fit testing for oil & gas, manufacturing and other industrial employers to meet OSHA protocols and other regulations and help reduce occupational hazards from particulates and other matter. Using the AccuFIT9000 system, employee masks are assessed and calibrated for right fit. Testing is generally offered in two locations, one at Comanche County Physical Therapy in downtown De Leon, and the other at
Comanche Physical Therapy in downtown Comanche. On-site testing services are also available.

Workplace Drug Screening
The Comanche County Medical Center on-site Laboratory serves the laboratory testing needs of the CCMC hospital, Doctors Medical Center, home health agencies, nursing homes, and other clinics, employers and individuals from the area needing lab work closer to home. The CCMC

WorkSTEPS Functional Employment Testing
Comanche County Medical Center is an exclusive licensed provider of WorkSTEPs
functional employment testing services in the region. Services for employers
include:
- Pre-employment Testing
- Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs)
- Physical Agility Testing
- Fit for Duty/Return to Work Testing
- Post-Employment Testing (Upper Quadrant/Carpal Tunnel)
With WorkSTEPS testing employers can be more confident that an employee is
medically and physically capable of performing the essential functions of their job.
The testing also helps establish a culture of health and safety in which injured
employees are assessed and get back to work safely and efficiently.
WorkSTEPS testing is offered in two locations, one at Comanche County Physical
Therapy in downtown De Leon, and the other at Comanche Physical Therapy in
downtown Comanche. Customized testing services are available.
